Partner Breathwork

If you are experiencing a conflict in any relationship, a partner breathwork session can be a great avenue to better understanding and increased connection. In these sessions, we start with a therapeutic conversation regarding where there is tension and I facilitate a dialogue to gain better clarity and understanding for all involved.

With partner breathwork, we can:

  • reduce stress, and welcome a more balanced state of being

 

Bring Breathwork to your Workplace or Retreat

A 90-minute to 2 hour guided active mediation experience that can be part of a wellness day event, retreat, festival, or experience for your staff/company.
