Virtual Breathwork Full Moon Healing Circle

Almost everyone I know is facing a life transition these days. Whether it is a shift in career, a big relocation, a loss of a loved one, or opening up to new relationships, change can feel destabilizing. In the quiet unfolding of transitions, what is most tender within us comes to light.

Each threshold beckons us to slow our pace, to listen with the heart, and to meet ourselves in reverence. I find myself standing at the edge of something new— a soft threshold where change whispers and uncertainty asks to be welcomed.

Though the path ahead is veiled, my heart is learning the delicate art of trust— not in what is seen, but in the stillness of now. When the unknown swells and threatens to unmoor me, I return to the sacred ground beneath my feet: the present moment.

Here, in the quiet, I ask:
  What wisdom is this moment offering me?
  What growth is gently calling my name?

I believe that when life stretches us beyond the familiar, it is not to break us, but to prepare us— for expansion, for purpose, for a deeper becoming. I am choosing to rise, to root, to unfold. And if ever you find yourself at the edge of your own becoming, I invite you to walk beside me— toward the unknown, toward your becoming, too.

The full flower moon on May 12 is an invitation to bloom into your next chapter. Breathwork is a great way to clear out what may be lingering to enter this next phase clear and with self trust.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It may leave you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
