Virtual Breathwork Full Moon Healing Circle

While most in the Midwest and Northeast are bemoaning the length of winter, I tend to appreciate the chill in the air and the cozy nights. There is something about the cold that makes me feel more energized and alive. However, as we arrive at the end of this season, I am embracing the air of change. 

You can either let the changes happen to you or step into them intentionally. There are time I can look back and see how things changed were wildly different than what I would have imagined. There are careers and relationships that had I held onto them too tightly, the next right thing would not have happened in my life. It is a constant lesson in how I want to show up in this world and in what ways can I live that truly make me feel alive? 

In meeting myself honestly, deeply and openly, I know I have to let go of perceived control. I know I have to build a trust within myself to listen to my deep inner knowing, a knowing that will guide my intentions to what is for my highest and best good. 

The new moon solar eclipse on March 29 is the final eclipse in Aries until 2032. It marks a tremendous new beginning, a sense of starting over. Breathwork is a great way to clear out what may be lingering to enter this next phase clear and with self trust.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It may leave you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
